Best Activity ever!

Hey guys! Today i'm gonna talk about thrift shopping. First of all i'm gonna talk about thrift shop. Thrift shop is place that sells used clothing (and other items) for dirt cheap. Contrary to popular belief, thrift stores are not necessarily nasty or strictly for poor people. (Although some do smell like basement.) Yes, there's a lot of junk there, but you can find something nice if you look hard enough.
My preppy friends think it's weird that I like thrift stores. I just enjoy "treasure hunting" through the rack, and when I find a great deal on a cute piece of clothing, I feel like I've made a discovery. Besides, I don't want to spend more than I have to.
Sometimes we can even find branded shirts, trousers and others from overseas that could cost thousands. But you can get then only at around RM10 to RM50 only. That is a good bargain than spending hundreds for only a few pieces of local brand. One of the most well-known in Johor Bahru is Big Bundle. I love to visit their different all branches around JB because the bundles that they supply consists of goo quality apparels. And most of them are sweatshirt which is my favorite! So here some of the view of thrift shop at Johor Bahru

The Gold and purple combination

Have you guys ever wondering why DME cadets have a purple strips on their epaulettes ? What is the story behind it ? As i am searching for the answer on the internet, there is about 2 to 3  answers and none of it can be 100% confirm true or not.

So what is the answer ? Therefore,i decide to take the most popular answer to share it with you guys here.Check it out !

The reason is why marine engineers got purple strips on their epaulettes is because when the RMS Titanic was hit, all the engineers were trying to keep the power on, and pumped out as much as water that had flooded.

All the engine staff were on this, none of the engineers survived the accident. Purple is a royal colour worn by the British queen ,hence she honored the marine engineers by having a purple stripe on their shoulders.

KIDNEY FAILURE

What is kidney failure?

Your kidneys filter waste and extra fluid out of your blood so they can be removed from your body in your urine. When your kidneys stop working and can no longer do their job, it’s called kidney failure. Your kidneys can lose up to 90 percent of their function and still do their job pretty well. Losing more than that is considered kidney failure. There are two types of kidney failure:
  • Acute kidney failure is a sudden loss of kidney function. It’s usually reversible.
  • Chronic kidney failure is a gradual loss of kidney function. It gets worse over time and isn’t reversible (but you can slow its progression).
When kidneys fail, waste and extra fluid builds up in your body. This causes the symptoms of kidney failure. There are a lot of symptoms of kidney failure, so here I'll list out the important ones...
1. CONFUSION

2. FATIGUE

3.NAUSEA AND VOMITTING

5. ITCHING

Your kidneys do a lot of other things besides filtering your blood. When kidneys fail, they can’t do their jobs, so complications might occur. For example :

1. Anemia
2. Heart decease
3. High blood pressure
4. weak immune system
5. malnutrition

In a nutshell, living a healthy lifestyle by eating right, being active, and not smoking is another key to keep your kidneys healthy. Always take care of our health so that sickness and decease can be prevented.
