Microsleep

MICROSLEEP

Microsleep is a fleeting, uncontrollable, brief episode of sleep which can last anywhere from a single fraction of a second up to 10 full seconds. These episodes of microsleep occur most frequently when a sleepy person is trying to fight sleep and remain awake. They may occur while driving and increase the risk of a serious car accident.

Microsleep often occurs more often when an individual is lack of sleep. Nighttime is when a vast majority of microsleep incidents happen, in terms of driving. Drivers driving at night often become tired. However, they often have places to get to or deadlines to meet, and thus force themselves to push on.

While it can be harmless if it occurs on your couch while you’re trying to stay awake for a movie, instances of microsleep can also be extremely dangerous. If it occurs at the wrong time, when you’re driving, for instance, microsleep can lead to accidents involving cars or heavy machinery as well as other dangerous situations. Falling asleep behind the wheel, even briefly, is a gravely dangerous situation that can lead the potential injury or even death of you and others on the road

Luckily, there are many ways to improve sleep efficiency. One great way to improve sleep efficiency is to eliminate all potential distractions when sleeping. There should be no television on and no music playing. If you are accustomed to having the television or music on, you should work to break those habits and go to sleep in a quiet, dark, and peaceful atmosphere. All lights should be off, especially flashing, blinking, or especially bright lights. Cell phones should not be looked at in bed, as the lights of the screen can work the stimulate the brain and keep it awake.

So make sure you guys stay safe and get enough sleep and rest. Thank you!

    My General Sharing On Travelling

    General Sharing

Hello guys maybe this is the last entry from me for this group and uhm yeah honestly I'm really enjoy to do this assignment cuz it brings back my memories in travelling from 4 months to 3 years ago of my vacation trips.

Seriously when you are travelling you will learn something even a little bit that sometimes you cant explain to anyone...just you understand bout that and you use that knowledge or skill in your daily life.

I will share with you 5 things what I learn or obtain benefits from travelling that will make you more mature in life and reality.

1.Travelling makes you more open minded with other culture

Yes maybe not for your first time travelling but maybe for your second one surely your mind will be opened and makes you more cool and chill if you found that kind of weird thing happen in front of you again.

I give you example : 1.In Turkey, most people are  smoking including  a woman with headscarf even young or old.Thats normal for them.If you see a muslimah woman look alike holding a cigarette and smoke in front of you ...dont be triggered.

2.In Dubai,I saw old man while holding zikir beads and drinking whiskey at the same time.Thats normal for them so hermm again dont be triggered.

This makes you a person to be more tolerant with other people lifestyle and respecting their culture.

2.Travelling makes you good in navigational skill

Is it serious?Yes thats true cuz sometimes other places got difference transport system than our country one.

It will be more effective when local people cant speak English or your local language. You have to be independent to go to your destination such as riding tuk tuk in Thai or using metro and tram efficiently in Turkey and Australia.

That will teach you effectively in navigation skill when you are lost in somewhere.

3.Your view about life will change

This is the point that i'm relate with the most because you could experience a life changing lessons as you explore different communities and cultures.

This significantly changes when you meet a place with different lifestyle, transport, food, culture and standard of living.

When you going back home, you will see things differently. You might be appreciate your culture more or might be a critical.I guarantee you will see things in a new way.

4.Make you smarter in handling scammer(anywhere, anytime)

This is so true ! I agree 100% with this but before that before you learn this I'm sure you have to be scammed first at least once in your whole travelling trip then you will be the king.

Not just scammer also the damn pickpockets.Who knows pickpockets nowadays wearing like an entrepreneur  busy handling and checking his profit data would snatch your wallet. This type of pickpockets famous in Europe though especially London and Paris.

So this just one of example that makes you more beware and smart in handling scammers and damn pickpockets even in your own local area.

5.Makes you more motivated in doing your routine work and achieving your goal

I'm sure you'll find someone or a community that will change your perspective in reaching your goal.I mean that people will inspiring you.

After you saw people with different culture in doing their routine work daily you'll learn something new from them and makes you more motivated in reaching your goal with your new knowledge, skill and perspective about your life goal.

Even we are all humans but all nation got different habits, different lifestyles, characters and identities...yeah I believe this.

    Goodbye Bulls Gotcha !

    Tea Around The world

Hye everyone, that visiting, welcome to my new post "Tea around The world". Well other than coffee tea is also considered as the most famous famous beverages around the world. Let see a little bit background about tea.

    Source : Google Image

Tea is an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the camellia sinensis (scientific name for the tea leaves) . The procedure is almost the same as making coffee.
Tea originated in Southwest China during the Shang Dynasty, where it was used as a medical drink. An early credible record of tea drinking dates to the 3rd century AD. in a medical written by Hua Tuo. But during the 17th Century drinking tea became fashionable among Britons who large started larges scale production and commercialized it.

Now lets see how tea is served around the world..

    1. China

    Source : Google

The traditional Chinese tea ceremony, Gongfu Tea is an incredibly detailed process, down to the elaborate designs on its small pot and cups. The ritual also involves a tureen, strainers, tongs, tea towels, a brewing tray, and "scent cups," which are used solely to sniff—not drink—the very strong and bitter brew.
Guests are invited to smell the leaves before brewing. This is just the first of many steps, along with warming the cups with a wash of the tea's first brew. The second is drinking, and the tea will be ideally be poured by arranging the cups in a circle, pouring from high in one continuous motion, around and around until each cup is full. Guests are expected to cradle the cup—and its accompanying saucer if there is one—in two hands, to sip slowly and savor the flavor, and then cradle the empty cup to relish in the aroma after the tea is gone.

    2. Japan

    Source : Google

Like China, this island nation also has highly detailed ceremony with names like Chanoyu, Sado, or Ocha. The movements of the brewer in these processes are carefully choreographed to care and consider the viewpoint of the guest being served. These ceremonies include everything from the preparation of the home to how guests are invited into it, the order in which utensils are brought into the room, the cleaning and warming of these tools, the actual brewing, and the cleanup. Details vary depending on the time of day and season, but the powdered green tea Matcha is the preferred blend. It is served with sweets to play against its bitter flavor.

    3. Malaysia

    Source : Google
Our Famous Teh Tarik is one of the most memorable beverages for our nation. Its so famous it become like one of our cultured beverages. It brewed with black sugar, and condensed milk. but what makes it special is how it mixes.  To achieve its distinctly frothy texture, Malaysian brewers pour the beverage back and forth between mugs, giving the liquid repeated access to cool air as it flows from one glass to another. As this tradition developed, so too did the showmanship of its making. To watch teh tarik being mixed is to witness an energetic "Tarik" dance, where the brew behaves as a partner, leaping to and fro without a drop ever being lost!

    Malaysia Boleh!

    4. The United Kingdom

    Source : Google
Tea was introduced to England in the 1 7th Century, but the iconic British tradition of afternoon tea took nearly another 200 years to catch on. In 1840, standard meal times placed lunch at midday and dinner late, around 8 p.m. or so. Anna, the seventh Duchess of Bedford , requested her household staff prepare a sort of mini-meal around 4 p.m., where tea and a selection of cakes or small sandwiches would be served. Her example inspired the upper class, and then spread across the country, spurring the proliferation of tea gardens where customers could enjoy tea and cake in a lovely setting. Today, tea is a major element of Great Britain's identity and day-to-day life.

    5. Iran

    Source : Google

After tea caught on in India and China, the taste for it spilled down the Silk Road and into the Middle East by the 15th century, sparking the rise of tea houses known as chaikhanehs. But it wasn't until the 20th century that Iranians began growing their own black tea, making it a nationally embraced beverage, which now welcomes guests and is a crucial element in social life. A silver tray customarily carries in the drink, which is accompanied by a bright yellow rock candy called nabat. So constant is tea's presence in Iranians' lives that its kettle will be kept on a stove burner all day. Tea is served very strong. Rather than mixing in sugar to counteract the bitterness, you're encouraged to place a sugar cube between your front teeth and suck the strong brew through it.

    6. Russia

    Source : Google

The tea traditions of Russia were forged in its leaner days, where food and drinks needed to be stretched to serve as many as possible. From these shortages came zavarka, a loose-leaf tea concentrate brewed in a small metal container called a samovar. In this vessel, a very strong (usually black) tea is brewed and then served in large mugs. However, you wouldn't dare fill the mug. Instead, guests take an inch or less of this powerful concoction that they then tame with boiling water as desired. Russians typically drink it black, but hosts will offer milk and sugar, as well as an accompanying snack. Serving zavarka without cookies, crackers or some other munchable is to serve it "naked" and is considered wildly rude.

    7. Tibet

    Source : Google
Forget the “milk or lemon” debate. How about adding some salty butter to your tea? Po Cha, the traditional tea of Tibet, is made by boiling a brick of Pemagul black tea for hours. From there, milk, salt, and yak butter are added, and the mixture is then churned together. It's said this blend with a soup-like consistency is uniquely comforting and fortifying in the high-altitude and cold climates.

This is how tea is served around the globe, every country has a different style serving it as much as culture behind it. It has unique properties from these leaves that make us cherish it so much. Anyway I think this is all from me or this post. Until  we meet again in the next post. Cheerio!

    ANIME (T_T)

One of my favorite things to do in my free time is to watch anime. Anime is a Japanese made cartoons  The word anime is the Japanese term for animation, which means all forms of animated media Outside Japan, anime refers specifically to animation from Japan or as a Japanese-disseminated animation often characterized by colorful graphics, vibrant characters and fantastical themes The culturally abstract approach to the word's meaning may open up the possibility of anime produced in countries other than Japan.

The are many benefits of watching Anime:

    1. You learn unexpected things

If you watch Jormungand, you learn about the realistic lives of arms dealers. And how they travel the world, surround themselves with bodyguards, and end up in dangerous situations. Not to mention how they’re the reasons wars break out in the first place.
If you watch School Live, you learn about mental health issues like PTSD.
If you watch Little Busters, you learn about a real life condition called: Narcolepsy. A condition that causes you to fall asleep whenever you feel relaxed or happy.

    2.You learn life lessons

Too much arrogance leads to losses eventually, and your self-esteem gets crushed in the process. Bullying others has its implications later in life, no matter how subtle it is.Not being thankful for your parents may lead to regret one day if they die suddenly.all 3 of these life lessons happen in 3 anime series:
    • My Hero Academia.
    • A Silent Voice.
    • Orange.

    3. You learn about hard work, patience, and team work

Watch Haikyuu and it’ll teach you about team work, and why it’s so crucial.Watch DBZ and you learn about hard work, setting goals, pushing yourself and practicing.Watch New Game and you learn about the struggles of pursuing what you love. And starting out as a beginner.Unlike Films, anime has life lessons of all kinds because of the amount of genres and topics it has.

But the best anime I've ever watch is Naruto and Naruto shippuden. I've follow the series since i was in Primary school. It has many benefits and a great anime to watch with friends and family. it is Written by Masashi Kishimoto who is a great creator.
