Hye everyone for this entry I choose coffee as a topic, Since we all need coffee in the morning, let us know a little bit about this most celebrated drink.

A delicious morning coffee is what we all need.
Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee bean, the seed of berries from certain Coffee species. The genus Coffee is native to tropical Africa ( specifically having its origin in Ethiopia and Sudan) and the Madagascar, the Comoros, Mauritius and Reunion in the Indian Ocean.
The most common bean that we used all today are C.Arabica and C. Robusta. These black beans then is Roasted and Brewed to produce the beverage known as coffee.

Now that we know a little background about it, lets look into how they serve this beverage with different style of different countries.
1. Kaffeost - Findland

Hot coffee is poured over chunks of juustoleipä (cheese curds) in Finland. While it may sound unappealing, Finnish people adore the unique combo.
2. Turk Kahvesi - Turki

Finely Ground Coffeebeans simmered in special copper or brass pot called the Cezve. The Turkish coffee is specially made unfiltered, this means we drink it with the ground.

Similar to a latte though smaller in volume, this Aussie fave is made by pouring microfoam (steamed, velvety milk) over a shot of espresso.
4. Frappe - Greece

Invented by a Nescafe representative in 1957, the frappe is a popular summer beverage in Greece, consisting of iced instant coffee drowned in milk foam.
5. Expresso Romano - Italy

A true, Italian espresso comes with a slice of lemon, which is said to bring out the java's sweeter flavors.

Known to be both very sweet and very strong, this Vietnamese iced coffee is made with coarsely ground dark roast coffee, which is brewed straight into a cup of condensed milk and ice through a French drip filter. |
