Tips 101 on How to be a better person

Do you think to be a better person is easy? Actually it is. Let me share with you how to do it.


1. Don't hurt others.

It is your least intention to hurt others. No need to say unnecessary things and just let things be. Remember, as much as you want to say it out, some things are better left unsaid. But in contrary, if others said something hurtful to you, correct them if it isn't true and if it's true, bear with it. Stop overthinking.

2. Emphaty at its best

Emphaty is when you try to put your feet in others shoe. To consider others feelings. I'm not saying that you should totally abandon yourself while making decisions, but at least try to look things from different ways. It will give you new perspectives.

3. Set positive mind then the energy will come to you

This one, for me is a bit tough as I too often forget to set a positive mindset especially in the morning. But believe me, once you start to practice this good attitude, you will suddenly feel all the good vibes throughout the day. There's nothing to lose.

4. Don't stress

Don't stress over little things that would not matter 2 years from now. Some things are meant to be so be it. Remember, you could not control the world but you can control the way you accept reality. Be thankful that you get every chance to correct things and live life with full intentions.

5. Get rid of jealousy

Jealousy isn't healthy. Now I've got the trick on how to deal with jealousy. It is to accept ourselves as we are. Stop comparing and complaining. We have been blessed in so many ways in our life yet we tend to forget. That is why we face jealousy. We should know that God's plan is different so remove all the unsastified feelings towards others and be grateful dengan apa yang dikurniakan instead.

6. Practising gratitude

Everyone should do this. Practising gratitude will make you feel as the luckiest human being. It can be done on the smallest thing such as the food you've been served or having family and friends around. It helps to make you feel content by just being grateful and appreciate every little things in your daily life. This one is easy just be mindful when you are about to start complaining.
