A Living Legend

Hye guys! for today's insert i'm gonna tell all of you about a living legend. He inspired each and every one of us  with all his actings and successful achievements. But life's a roller coaster isn't it? it has their ups and downs. Same goes to this man. He had hit the rock bottom before lured into fame. curios about who's i'm gonna talk about? The man's name is Robert Downey JR. or also known as Tony Stark/ Iron Man who was born April 4, 1965 in Manhattan, New York. He is the youngest of two children. His father Robert Downey Sr is an actor and filmmaker while his mother, Elsie Ann was actress in her husband's films.

Downey's life was only surrounded by drugs, his father who was a drug addict allowed Downey to use marijuana at 6, which his father regretted it later. He said when the do it together, they are actually expressing love that they cant explain., Eventually, Downey began spending every night abusing alcohol and also drugs.

From 1996 through 2001, Downey was a lot of times due to drug charges including heroin, cocaine and marijuana and went through drug treatment programmes unsuccessfully. In April 1996, he again been arrested due to possession of heroin,,cocaine and an unloaded .357 Magnum. A month later while on parole, he trespassed a neighbors home while under the influence of a uncontrolled substance, and fell asleep in one of the beds. then he was sentenced to a three year prison

term in California Substance Abuse Treatment and State Prison due to failure to show up for drug test in 1999. He got an early release with a $5000 bail posting after a year in there when a judge ruled that his collective time in incarnation facilities had qualified him  for early release.

After he got out he never got back to drugs and started to star in small theatres and films such as a 2003 film, The Singing Detective, Family Guy in the episode "The Fat Guy Strangler" in 2006 and David Fincher's Zodiac in 2007. With all the success, he never starred in a blockbuster but that changed in 2008 after starred in two successful films, Iron Man and Tropic Thunder. Since that, he started to star in part of Marvel Studios. There are also a few movies he starrred after Iron Man such as Sherlock Holmes, 2008 Marley's & Me, Iron Man 2 and Due Date in 2010.

Despite of all his setbacks and downs of his life, he still move on from his old life and immeiately turn on a new page. He was given a second chance and he will never regret grabbing it. Look where is he standing right now. So as a lesson to all of us, never give up on our lives. theres, always a silver lightning after a storm and stars only shine in darkness. i hope you guys could make him as a role model to keep on fighting for our lives no matter what.
