In this entry, I am not going to talk about how to overcome it, in general. I just want to share with you guys my experience during that hard times and how I stand to face it as a gentleman because I believe even in the most desperate situation, there is hope.
Here, I want to share my most difficult times during my junior year back in RMC. It was hell. I still remember the day me and my squad were ragged by the seniors and officers. I know it is just not for fun, instead they wanted to train us to lead our juniors when we become the seniors. They also want to change our mind to keep fit physically and mentally in the military systems. At the intial weeks, I was thinking to quit. I was mentally broken. Sometimes, I feel regret how fool I am to enter this kind of school, military school. I can't deal with my study also.
I'm so lucky to have my friends, my squad that always supports me and gives motivation so that I won't give up on my way. I know that everything passes, that nothing lasts forever. And the pain and anguish that I am feeling right now will also pass, no matter how overwhelming or intense it is. It will pass. So don’t hold onto the pain in an attempt to deal with it. Let it flow, feel it, but don’t get attached to it.

When life hits me hard that time, I have my friends to share my problems with and they keep giving ways to deal with it. So, I sit back and relaxing my mind. Gone into deep thought of mine, I shall overcome the matters. Always remember, we are more than what we can believe.
As the time goes, I used to it. I used to face all the challenges. I made it. I survived my junior year. Same goes to my junior time in ALAM, I did not feel any 'culture-shock' with the military systems because I've been through and have my experiences.

So guys, always remember that life is a series of hills and valleys, a combination of happy moments, normal daily life, and difficult situations. Sometimes you feel euphoric, and other times you feel like the world is falling down on top of you. And although it’s our natural tendency to seek happiness, it’s actually difficult situations that test us and make us grow.
