Hye guys, good evening. recently, maam hanim has assigned us to talk about someone that you have adored and showed really good leadership that you have seen in your life. this person must be a role model to you.
well i actually have one in my mind. I have been idolizing him since i can remember. He has taught me to differentiate between right and wrong. Basically he is the one who keep me motivated until this level. This man showed me a lot how leadership could lead to a great system and life. this man's name is Mohd Alwi bin Jamaludin. He is my father and i am really proud to call him 'abah'.
first of all he showed me that he could lead his family very well. Despite all the hardships he gone through, he still manage to take care of his family. He sacrificed a lot for us. He lead us to make sure we all could live together happily. He always reminds us all the do's and don'ts as a human and also as a Muslim. Whenever we had any misunderstanding between us, he acted maturely to make everything settled peacefully between us. I really wish someday i could be just like him or be a better version of him.He really leads his family with love and compassion just like how a leader should be.
There's another scenario that made me really amazed with him. So basically, he owns two branches of stores that sells cakoi and some other delicious foods. one in Kipmart Tampoi and another one is in Kipmart Masai. From the way he treated his employees and the way his employees reacted to him, i could tell he has been a very good employer to them. i was told that he is also being nice to everybody in the Kipmart.
One fine day, he heard that the keropok lekor outlet next to him at Kipmart Masai will be closing because the owner is going to migrate to anther state. The girl working at the outlet felt very sad because she is going to lose her job. without any hesitation he quickly bought the keropok lekor outlet next to him just to make sure that the two girls working at the outlet will not have to worry about their job. Now he have three successful outlets selling cakoi and keropok lekor.
When i heard this story from my mom, i am really grateful to be his first born and to be his son. He really shows he is humane leader that think about other people and also his surroundings. And that is the reason i chose him over everybody in this world to idolize and to be the content of this blog. thank you all for reading and do pray for our family's well being. oh ya, I love you abah! 💌
