As we all know, there's no individuals without problems in their life. Each and everyone of us have to overcome problems to get our lives get moving. Having problems in your life can feel overwhelming and it may be that the last thing you want to do is to face them.
There's few ways of me facing problems in life:
1) Acknowledge the problem

This should be our first concern. Get to know what kind of problem is that. Check whether how it is affecting us. All you need to do is sit and and think of the problem first. Find out the source of the problem.
2) Accept it

When you encounter problem, don't just blame others. Accept as how it is. Acceptance is very important. When you accept the problem, it may help in pressuring too much by just thinking of the problem.
3) Ask for help

Problems may be solved easily when you have someone helping you. So yeah, don't be shy in getting help. Different people have different opinions and views. It surely may be the help you really need. Try having a slow talk about it to your family and friends. I bet they will surely help you to get rid of the problem.
4) Try breaking a problem into smaller pieces

Solving a problem may sometimes be overwhelming and hard. To decrease anxiety and break down the problem, break the problems down so that you can think more clearly. Identify the different parts it consists of. Then figure out practicable solution for each of these parts. Now, you could solve it easily and save time.
