                Maggi is the one of the most popular instant noodle among most country.It also one of the most favourite food for children. The ingredients are wheat flour,edible vegetable oil, salt, wheat gluten and mineral oil.
Is that eating Maggi bad for your health? The answer is yes if you eating too much of Maggi daily.Because, Maggi contain (MSG) which is known as sodium glutamate or Ajino-moto.This used to enhance the flavour of Maggi.Too much of consume of MSG can lead to weakness f arm and legs, burning sensation of mouth, upset stomach and headaches.


 Furthermore, eating too much of Maggi may also cause acidity.Maggi contain citric acid (E 330) which is one of the active acid that used in instant noodles.It will increase the rate of antioxidants like vitamin c and e.This will cause acid taste in mouth, and constipation of diarrhea.





In addition, Maggi contain high fructose corn syrup. This syrup is not an natural occurring substances. This may cause health problem.In conclusion, think wisely before consume food.The habit of taking healthy food should adapt for our new generation by their parents.Try to decrease fast food for better lifestyle.Thank you
