Types of Kuih in My Hometown

Kelantan is quite famous with food. Especially, deserts also known in Malaysia as Kuih. In Kelantan, there are many types and versions of kuih , but today I will show my favourite 4 of the best kuih I have a ever had in Kelantan.

1) Cek Mek Molek...

Made from Flour, Tapioca and sugar. it is one of the most famous kuih in Kelantan. It is quite easy to made and very nice to eat during cold or rainy seasons.

2)Kuih Cucur Topi

Easy to make and very nice to eat during breakfast. The outer brown part is crunchy and the white part is very soft and sweet.

Very famous in Kelantan. It is very sweet and soft, usually we can find it during Ramadhan month. but there are some shop that sells during morning.

4) Putu Halba

This one kuih is quite hard to find because it is quite hard to make. you need the equipments to make this kuih. Usually we can find it during raining season beacause it is very good to eat it. Mostly made up from Tapioca and coconut.
