Health and Fitness



 Health is "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease" according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Physical is about the body. Mental is about how people think and feel.Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest. 

HOW TO BE FIT LIKE ME!
Some tips to be fit like me:
  • Eat nutrient-dense foods.
Like i always add chicken and fish on my meal everyday(day and night).

Yeayy i really love to eat green vegetables like giraffe eats leaves everyday. 

Fyi,i got take supplements for my bodybuilding competition past 3 years.

  • Eat whey protein.

  • Do full body, multi-joint exercises.
This one is a must.Why? Cause i do 1000 diamond push-ups everyday with consistent. That's the secret of my success to stay fit and rough.  

  • Do “new” exercises.

  • Learn how to do pull-ups and do lots of them.

Yeayyy of course at first its hard to do and carry on with this activity but believe me its damn worth like my body now. 

I train myself 25/7 everyday.
