WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT.



Hey viewers,how are you people doing?hope you all are in a  good health.Talking about health,people nowadays are very concerned with their weight which leads to  obesity which involves excessive amount of body fat.Obesity is not just a cosmetic problem,it also leads you to other diesease such as heart attack,diabetes,high blood pressure and certain cancer.

.I'm going to share few ways to lose weight here .The first way is to eat breakfast everyday.some people skip breakfast thinking it is not an important meal,which is a misconception.Breakfast is the most important meal of the day which kick starts your day and gives you  the energy thhroughout the day.Studies show that people who have breakfast have lower BMI compared to people who don't have one.

Secondly,we should practice to close the kitchen at night which means to avoid eating meals or snacks at the  middle of the night.The bodyis most likely to store those calories as fat and gain weight rather than burn it as energy

Furthermore,doing cardio based exersices and strength training exersices can help you lose wight.Cardio exersices such as jogging ,cycling adn swimming are great for losing weight.

Lastly we should eat more produce.Eating lots of low-calorie,high-volume fruits and vegetable crowds out other foods that are higher in fat and calories.Move the meat off the center of your plate and pile on the vegetable.Or try starting lunch or dinner with a vegetable salad or bowl of broth-based soup.Go for grain.By substituting whole grains for refined grains like white bread,cakes,cookies,and pretzles,you add much-needed fiber and will fill up faster so you're more likely to eat a reasonable potein.
